Payment methods
Paid placement on LongevityClinics can be paid with a Russian or foreign bank card, or by invoice. Payments are processed by Robokassa.
Bank cards
Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay cards issued in Russia. Cards issued outside Russia are accepted from 130+ countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Germany, the United Kingdom, India, Thailand, South Korea and Japan.
Limits
Per transaction: 1 to 7,000 EUR for foreign Visa and Mastercard cards. There are no monthly or annual limits.
Currency
Prices are set in Russian rubles. For a foreign card your bank charges the amount in your card currency at its own rate and may add a conversion fee. The ruble amount is fixed when the payment is created and does not change.
Fees
The payment processing fee is already included in the plan price and is not charged to the clinic on top. It is higher for foreign cards, so paying by invoice is often cheaper for clinics outside Russia.
Payment by invoice
We issue invoices in rubles for companies and clinics abroad. Email longevityclinics.space@gmail.com with your clinic name and the plan you want.
Receipt
A professional income tax receipt is sent to your email after payment. It confirms the payment for your accounting records.
Cards from these countries are not accepted
United States, Canada, Türkiye, Singapore, Malta, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Morocco, Jordan, Pakistan, Philippines, Cambodia, Senegal, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela, Syria, Yemen, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan.

Direct card processing in USD and EUR is not connected yet: every card is charged in rubles with your bank's conversion. For clinics in the EU and the US this means the final amount on your statement depends on your bank's rate.
