Cookie Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This page explains which cookies the site uses and how you control them. We apply the stricter rule everywhere: analytics cookies are set only after you press “Accept analytics” in the banner, including for users outside the EU.
1. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies keep you signed in, protect forms against cross-site request forgery and remember your cookie choice. The site cannot work without them, so they do not require consent.
- authjs.session-token, __Secure-authjs.session-token: your sign-in session. Duration: 30 days.
- CSRF tokens set by the authentication layer. Duration: session.
- lc_cookie_choice: your cookie choice, kept for 12 months.
- lc_locale: your language preference. Duration: 12 months.
2. Analytics cookies
Loaded only after you accept. They show which pages are used and where visitors come from, so we can fix problems and improve the catalogue.
- Yandex Metrica: _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad and related cookies. Provider: Yandex, Russia.
- Google Analytics 4: _ga, _ga_<ID>. Provider: Google, United States.
3. How to change your choice
Use the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer at any time. Rejecting analytics stops the scripts from loading and removes the cookies we set. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, but some site features will stop working.
4. Third-party sites
Clinic pages can link to clinic websites, maps and social networks. Those sites set their own cookies under their own policies, which we do not control.
5. Legal basis
For users in the EU, the UK and Switzerland analytics cookies are set on the basis of consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in national law and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. For users in the Russian Federation we rely on the consent obtained through the same banner under Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
