How we verify clinics
Every clinic in the directory is checked against the same public criteria. Verification does not depend on whether a clinic pays us, and it cannot be bought.

What Verified means
A Verified clinic has passed every mandatory check below and confirmed its profile within the last 12 months. The badge always shows the date of the last check.
Eight checks every clinic must pass
If a clinic fails one mandatory check, it stays in the directory without the badge until the issue is fixed.
Legal entity and medical licence
We check the registered company, the country of operation and the medical licence or accreditation that allows the clinic to deliver the services it lists.
Doctors and qualifications
Named physicians with a confirmed medical degree, specialisation and current practice. A clinic that does not disclose who leads a program is not verified.
Program transparency
Every program lists what is included, how long it takes, who delivers it and what is excluded. A general promise of a consultation is not enough.
Pricing
A public price or a price range for each listed program. Price on request is allowed only for custom protocols, and then the clinic must explain what the price depends on.
Reviews
We collect reviews only from patients with a confirmed request through the platform. We show the date and the distribution, not a single average score.
Safety and claims
No promises of cure, guaranteed lifespan extension or unproven outcomes. Medical claims must be cautious and every page carries a disclaimer.
Real location and contacts
A physical address, a working phone and an official website. We reject virtual offices and lead-generation pages that do not treat patients.
Data freshness
The clinic confirms its profile at least once every 12 months. Stale profiles lose the badge until the data is updated.
Statuses you will see
Verified
Passed every mandatory check. Data confirmed within the last 12 months.
Pending review
Application received, checks in progress. The clinic is listed without a badge.
Not verified
The clinic is in the directory but has not completed verification. We do not present it as verified.
Removed
Failed a check or did not confirm its data. The profile is hidden from search and lists.
Verification and promotion are separate
This is the part most directories do not explain.
- Verification is free for every clinic and follows the criteria above.
- Paid promotion is a separate product. Promoted profiles are always labelled Promoted.
- No more than two promoted profiles appear on any list page.
- Payment never changes verification status, review score or position in non-promoted results.
- A clinic that fails verification cannot buy promotion.
How often we re-check
Scheduled re-verification runs every 12 months. An unscheduled check starts within 5 working days after a substantiated complaint from a patient or a clinic.
Report a problem
If a profile is outdated, a price is wrong or a clinic makes unsafe claims, tell us. We check every report and update the profile, or remove it.

Can a clinic pay to become Verified?
No. Verification is free and follows the published criteria. Payment only buys promotion, which is always labelled.
Why is the average rating low?
We show only reviews from confirmed requests. A small number of reviews can produce a low score, so we publish the count and the distribution next to it.
How long does verification take?
Usually 5 to 10 working days after the clinic submits its documents. Clinics with several locations take longer.
What happens if a clinic refuses to update its data?
The badge is removed and the profile is marked as not verified until the data is confirmed.
Do you verify medical outcomes?
No. We verify licences, doctors, program content, pricing and claims. We do not audit treatment results and we do not publish outcome statistics we cannot check.
