Public offer

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer by Aleksandr Yuryevich Danilyants, a taxpayer under the Professional Income Tax regime (self-employed), INN 503615243575, address: 141420, Moscow Region, Solnechnogorsk, e-mail: longevityclinics.space@gmail.com (the Provider).

The document contains all essential terms for publishing information on longevityclinics.space. Payment for the services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.

2. Subject

The Provider grants access to enhanced placement of a clinic card in the longevityclinics.space catalog: a Premium profile, top placement on the homepage and in the catalog, or the Premium and top placement bundle.

The scope, duration and price of the services are listed on the pricing page. The services are digital and provided remotely.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown on https://longevityclinics.space/en/clinic-dashboard/plans. The final amount in rubles is displayed on the checkout page before the payment is confirmed.

Payment is made by bank card through the Robokassa payment service. Access is activated automatically once the payment is confirmed.

The professional income tax receipt is issued in the My Tax application.

4. Provision of services

The service is deemed provided from the moment the placement is activated. The term corresponds to the selected plan and starts on the payment date.

If a technical error prevents activation, the Provider activates the placement manually or refunds the payment in full.

5. Refunds

A refund request is sent to longevityclinics.space@gmail.com with the order number and the reason.

If the service was not provided and the placement was not activated, the payment is refunded in full within 10 business days using the original payment method.

If the service was provided, refunds are made in cases established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. A partial refund for the unused period is possible by agreement of the parties.

For a refund the Provider issues a correction receipt in the My Tax application.

6. Liability and miscellaneous

Placement of a clinic card does not affect ratings, reviews or clinical decisions. The Provider does not provide medical services.

Disputes are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is considered by a court as established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Provider may amend this offer by publishing a new version on this page. The new version takes effect upon publication.
